**Receptionist**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain an organised reception area
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company and its services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations

**Office Admin**
- Perform office errands, such as delivering documents, parcels, and packages to designated recipients.
- Preparing and serving refreshments for meetings, conferences, and office events.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including dusting, sweeping, mopping floors, and cleaning common areas.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and cleaning products.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and sorting incoming mail.
- Help set up and arrange meeting rooms and conference areas as needed.
- Provide support to office staff with tasks as requested, including moving furniture or equipment.
- Assist in the organization and execution of office-related activities and events.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines in all tasks and activities.
