**Responsibilities**:
**What are we looking for?**
Controlled administration of Discounts and Allowances for the Snacks Business (On & Off Ticket):
**Fixed Spend**:
- Approval of Vistex accruals
- Budget approval in SAP at Hierarchy Level
- Governance of Fund Numbers in SAP
- Provide Vistex training to NAM’s & RAM’s
- Engage with Commercial Finance
**Variable Spend**:
- Realyst contract management
- Manage SOA compliance
- Approve all Trading term agreements and ensure information is accurately captured in SAP and all GCS Key control attributes are met
- Customer Recons (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
**Newspage Sales Deals**:
- Approve all Newspage sales deals in line with GCS Control requirements
- Monitor Sales Deals Pricing Checks - Ensure pricing accuracy
**Reporting**:
- Compile monthly Vistex and Finance file
- Maintain Price Master File (Local and Exports)
- Weekly pricing claims report (Power App)
- Monthly GCS Control execution
- Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures adherence
- Support projects initiated by CSS Sales Admin & Business
- Internal, External and SARS Audits
