**Company Description**

As an exciting and unique education technology company, we have a vacancy for a vibrant, highly driven, and well-presented Videographer and Graphic Design Associate with experience in the education or training industry, a robust network, and interpersonal skills to create the company’s products and services.

This role is an integral part of ensuring company continues to develop relevant, applicable and “thought-leading” affordable products and content that align with our target market needs, business growth and brand recognition.

The Videographer and Graphic Design Associate is responsible for generating new visual content for the company - both educational institutions and students of the various 4th industrial revolution STEAM products and training courses we offer as well as delivering relevant marketing and communicative content.

The Videographer and Graphic Design Associate must demonstrate experience in having worked in the visual arts and training fields. You must have the ability to work independently and be self-motivating. The ability to effectively communicate results to management in a fast-paced environment is necessary.

**Video production and editing**
- Creating and editing raw content for the use of Marketing and Communications, Training and Curriculum purposes.
- Converting written content into easy and understandable training material.
- Add and edit voice overs and source background music.
- Professional photography skills and experience are advantageous.
- Liaising with management and other team members on progress of the content.

**Graphic Design and Content**
- Creating and editing raw content for the use of Marketing and Communications, Training and Curriculum purposes.
- Creating and editing content for social media posts (Videos & Graphics).
- Creating and editing raw content for brochures, vectors and any digital rendering required to promote the company’s products and services.
- Design graphics for campaigns and promotions.
- Illustrations for content creation.
- Website design.
- Logo design and infographics as needed.

**Qualifications**

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent video and photographic shooting and editing skills.
- Graphic design experience and applied visual arts are a necessity (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- HTML and Flash programming knowledge.
- Technical capability and understanding of creating training material for all age groups.
- Experience working with Learner Management Systems and Customer relationship management platforms.
- Having your own camera equipment is advantageous.
- Must have own transport.
- Expert in Photoshop, CANVA, Microsoft programs.
- Excellent knowledge of Da Vinci Resolve or equivalent program.
- Voice and music editing skills.
- Working well as part of a team, but still being able to deliver and work independently.
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans, with a third African language being beneficial.
- Prepared to work after hours and weekends within reason.

**Key Skills**
- Skilled in animation.
- Converting written content into videographic training material.
- Experience in the education and training industries.
- Proficient computer literacy (all Microsoft Office products).
- Experience in creating training material and content.
- Must be interested in 4IR and disruptive technologies, the education industry.
- Good oral and written communication.
- Brand fit.
- Good leadership skills.

**Additional information**
- **Salary: R15 000 - R17 000 per month**_
