IT Service Coordinator

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of Internal IT projects
- Ensure that all Internal IT projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
- Track and analyze Internal IT projects’ performance, expenditures, procurement, and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits.
- Assist in the definition of internal IT project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Collect management requirements and transform it into internal IT projects pipeline
- Work with resource management on resource planning, availability, and allocation according to internal IT projects pipeline
- Based on provided scope and requirements translate them into tasks, schedule and assign tasks
- Work with team on internal IT project work to keep IT project going according to schedule
- Track and analyze internal IT project performance, schedule, and report to the management on the changes IT project scope and internal IT project schedule, being able to suggest the improvements to all the above.
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive Internal IT project and operation documentation
- Participate in team’s performance reviews, staff KPI
- Perform quality assurance
- Close Internal IT project and documentation, pass internal IT project deliverables to operations.
- Manage the technical team to resolve issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, Biometric, Video systems and other computing equipment.
- Ensure that all scheduled maintenance tasks are covered as per customers’ service level Agreement.
- Manage the ticketing system “Freshdesk” and ensure that all tasks are distributed accordingly among technicians and attended within the Service Level Agreement timeline.
- Interact with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems
- Recommend and implement upgrades on systems to ensure longevity.
- Participate in important technological department IT projects and perform problem diagnosis of network and desktop environment under IT Management direction.
- Assist Technicians with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of desktops, laptops, peripheral equipment, and software complying with given standards and guidelines.
- Train and guide technicians on hardware and software usage.
- Visit customers with Sales Team and provide pre-sale and after-sale support
Any other related tasks that are required by the company.
