Our Consumer Sales Team:
Well established and led by an outstanding manager with a fantastic track record in developing his team - you’re in great hands. No previous sales experience is required. If you’re a natural communicator and relationship builder, inquisitive and able to solve customer problems and are motivated by hard work resulting in financial rewards - we can provide you with the knowledge and skills to succeed.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Help our International customers move home/items as cost effectively and environmentally friendly as possible
- Manage short sales cycles with varying order sizes, building trust based relationships - keeping customer satisfaction front of mind at all times
- Manage quotes and liaise with our transport providers to negotiate the best prices for our customers
- Work to agreed targets that focus on both numbers (revenue generation) and ethics (selling in the right way)
- Have fun and contribute to a positive team culture. This is a busy role and we know it’s important to create those moments to light the mood and have a laugh - the whole team plays their part in supporting each other

**Skills and experience we think you’ll need to be successful in the role**:

- Experience in fast paced sales role, preferably within a call centre
- Ready to work in a fast paced, fun sales environment
- Comfortable spending most of your day speaking on the phone
- Comfortable working to and achieving targets
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated and resilient
- Easily adopts change and demonstrates agility and flexibility when direction or priorities shift
- The ability to develop, high quality, trust-based working relationships and guide customers and transport providers through processes to achieve the best results for the business
- One team mind-set
- The ability to work flexible shift patterns

**Company Benefits**:

We are extremely proud of our culture and believe in the many benefits that being in the office provides and all of our roles require regular time in our Cape Town office.

We support flexible and hybrid working wherever possible but some roles remain fully office based.
**Please note - Operational roles in our Contact Centre in Cape Town are fully office based. **Where we can support it, typical working patterns would be 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. However, we appreciate everyone’s situation is unique and are open to conversations around the working patterns.
