Position Summary:
Working in a team based environment to perform physical material handling duties within a busy warehouse. You will be responsible to provide a safe and compliant environment. Your duties will include accurate and efficient receipting; storing; picking & packing of internal and external customer orders to meet tight deadlines whilst ensuring orders are shipped with accuracy

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure correct storage of all products
- Perform monthly stock counts
- Ensure accurate fulfilment of customer orders as per picking list; delivery note and invoiceComplete waybills accurately (if necessary)
- Document fridge/freezer temperatures twice daily and report deviations to managementReceive shipments and returns into warehouse
- Filing of picking lists; delivery notes; invoices and waybills
- Completion of waybill control sheet and follow up with courier for POD’s
- Report stock issues to Logistics Team Leader immediatelyWork cooperatively and efficiently with co-workers to achieve team, department and company metrics.
- Assist with tasks as delegated by management
- To comply with Quality Management System
- To comply with Environmental Health & Safety
- Ensure Practices good housekeeping and keeps inventory neat, clean, and orderly
- Appropriately handle and dispose of company waste

Other Job Requirements:

- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2015

Minimum Qualifications:

- Matric Certificate
- Good time management and with strong customer focus,
- Able to adapt to change and cope under pressure.

Minimum Experience Levels:

- Previous warehouse experience

- Computer Skills (Outlook; Word; Excel, Powerpoint, SAP)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
