The Social Media Operations Specialist

1. Content creation and management: Responsible for exporting and implementing social media content strategies, including the production of attractive graphic, video and interactive content, to enhance furniture brand awareness and user engagement.

2. Platform management: Manage the daily operation of the brand on various social media platforms (such as Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Marketplace, Twitter, YouTube, Tiktok, etc.), ensure the timely update of content, and realize the maintenance of fans and brand reputation.

3. User interaction: Monitor and respond to user interactions on social media, including comments, private messages and questions, to improve user satisfaction and brand loyalty.

4. Data transformation: Through product features, edit videos suitable for advertising promotion for advertising, analyze and optimize the data of each index by comparing the advertisements, and organize and optimize strategies to improve the click-through rate and conversion rate of advertising.

5. celebrity Promotion: Have corresponding celebrity resources, and develop celebrity awareness through various social media channels, establish promotion cooperation, enhance product brand awareness and reputation, and enhance product sales.

6. Market trend tracking: Continuously monitor the latest trends in the social media and furniture industry in order to timely adjust strategies and maintain the competitiveness of the brand.

6. Event planning and execution: Plan and execute innovative social media marketing campaigns, including special promotions and online events, to enhance brand engagement and user interaction, and improve data conversion. Increase in product sales.

7. Communication and collaboration: Work closely with local warehouses, artists, independent stations and other personnel, actively communicate, understand product information and inventory, ensure that social media activities are consistent with the company's overall strategy, and make full use of internal resources.

Job requirements:
1. Educational background: Higher education, major in marketing, communication, new media or related fields is preferred.

2. Working experience: at least 2 years working experience in social media operation in South Africa market, with operating experience in furniture industry is preferred.

3. Within 25-35 years old;
Professional skills:

- Specialized in the operation of mainstream social media platforms such as Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Marketplace, Twitter, YouTube, and Tiktok.
- Good at using image editing software such as Photoshop, with video production and editing experience is preferred.
- Familiar with social media advertising and promotion strategies, successful success is preferred.

Personal ability:

- Strong creative and visually expressive, able to create high quality, engaging content.
- Excellent communication and writing skills that can effectively communicate the brand message.
- Good organization and project management ability to work effectively in a multi-task environment.
- Excellent sales ability, have product forecasting, product sales experience.

Pay: R6 000,00 - R8 000,00 per month
