**Immigration Specialist**

**Description**

We are looking for a talented **IMMIGRATION SPECIALIST** to join our team specializing in **HUMAN RESOURCES** for our **CORPORATE/CBS SEGMENT** in **JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA.**
- Case Work Management: Initiates and manages immigration cases with outside legal service providers to ensure compliance, optimal processing timelines, and maximum efficiency; makes decisions related to the most effective course of action to take to address employee and business needs based on immigration provider input.
- Coordination: Coordinates the immigration documentation collection and submission processes with employees and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective processing. Provides support and expertise to relevant stakeholders to resolve immigration issues; provides information to employees regarding embassy interviews and processes.
- Main point of contact for business and service providers: Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as human resources, recruiting, and business leaders and partners with immigration services providers to achieve effective process and service delivery, interfaces with advertising agencies and other outside service providers as appropriate.
- Immigration Compliance Control: Maintains internal compliance documentation as required for immigration/visa purposes; manages immigration service provider compliance reporting. Coordinates and manages special projects as required in the area of immigration and visa processing for compliance and internal improvement purposes. Leads the invoicing process for legal and related services; tracks fulfillments as required by the company and/or legal service providers.
- Provide overall support for the AME ABO business traveler compliance program and provide regional immigration backup support for EAME region when needed.
- Data Management and Analytics - Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions.
- Mobility Administration - Implements and administrates operational processes to ensure the seamless movement of talent in alignment with applicable policies, taxation, immigration laws, global cash payroll, local legislation and internal controls procedures.
- Customer focus with strong collaboration and effective communication skills - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
