We are looking for a digital marketing expert, who is experienced in using omni channel to run campaigns aligned with the global strategy and the needs of the local market.
- ** Your Role **:In this role, you will plan and execute local marketing activities with the purpose to generate marketing qualified leads for the defined global and local services (the “Service Portfolio”). You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the selected marketing strategy as well as measure and analyze campaign and lead performance on a local level.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- In line with the objectives of the Global Marketing Plan and local requirements, develop local end-to-end marketing strategies, omni channel campaign design, implementation & optimization
- Research assigned markets, understand SWOTS, its personas and their respective pain points & develop customer segments in order to create best in class lead generation marketing tactics in line with the global marketing plans
- Experience on writting briefings (content, media, creative) including the relevant information out of the research and brief agencies accordingly
- Work closely with Centre of Excellence on content strategies and - calendars, and (digital) marketing KPI's & optimization of those on a continuous basis
- Work closely with key stakeholders on global, regional and corporate leve
- Provide regular reports and analysis of campaign performance to respective national Business Units or Functional Units and set-up regular exchanges on marketing developments

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- At least 3 years of relevant job experience, ideally also a master’s degree in marketing
- You have successfully run omni channel campaigns in a B2B environment
- Proven experience with persona creation, lead generation campaign design/implementation, account segmentation
- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis, as well as A/B testing
- Excellent interpersonal skills: you ask the right questions and you are able to successfully work with different stakeholders
- Multi-project and time management skills with flexibility to adapt to deviations and re-arrange priorities
