We're looking for our next Customer Service Specialist(Insurance)
- Full-time, Permanent
- Salary up to R8,500.00 p/m

Overview:
Providing a Simply Brilliant customer experience by professionally and courteously handling all customer contact in compliance with company directive. Providing quality customer service through sales at every instance, promoting products and services whilst stimulating revenue for the business

**Requirements**:
High School (matric) Equivalent Sales (BPO): 12 months with a proven record of understanding customer needs.
Clear credit and Criminal Record

Work Experience:

- 12 months Customer Service Experience in a BFSI Environment
- Proven Experience in delivering excellent customer services to internal and external customers(BPO) contact centres
- Experience within an Financial Services Sector
- Superior oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Technical skills:

- Multitasking skills - system & platforms
- Typing skills

Pay: R7 500,00 - R8 500,00 per month

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Contact Centre Sales: 1 year (required)
- Insurance: 1 year (required)
