We are looking for full-time Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Specialists to join our team. This role will be hybrid, based in Western Cape.

The Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Specialists will work with clients to identify their insurance needs and sell appropriate policies.

The ideal candidate will be required to build and maintain relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service and possess strong negotiation skills.

What will make you successful in this role?NQF4/Matric/Standard 1060 FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications (depending on Dofa)Financial Services Board Regulatory Exams (RE5) completedMust have your own reliable transportValid code B driver's licenseMust reside in Western CapeDeliverables include, but will not be limited toTo deliver on business strategies and key deliverablesTo actively source and grow your portfolio of clients Write a min of R13500 new business premium per monthTo provide world class service to your portfolio of clients, thereby ensuring a low lapse rateTo screen new business and ensure that your portfolio does not pose a threat to MiWay's risk pool

Minimum experience requiredMinimum 1-2 years' experience in the commercial insurance industryMinimum 2 years' experience in face-to-face businessMust be highly proficient in dealing with customers and staff at all levelsAbility to plan and manage time efficientlyResults orientedSelf-disciplined and ability to work under pressureSelf-motivated and desire to excelAnalytical and organisedProblem solving skills and solution orientedFlexibilityAbility to multi-task and attention to detailProfessional and organisedExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skillBuild a successful career with usWe're all about building strong, lasting relationships with our employees.
