**MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**
- Standard 10/Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within Sales or an IT environment
- Ability to articulate and interpret numbers and statistics.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

**BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF KEY PERFORMANCE AREAKEY PERFORMANCE AREA**
- Thoroughly examine internal and external customer complaints to determine their root causes.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the root causes of identified issues.
- Analyse data, processes, and communication channels to pinpoint underlying problems.
- Present reports in a clear and concise manner, highlighting areas for improvement and proposed solutions.
- Work on improving internal processes and workflows to prevent future issues.
- Monitor and determine trends related to system issues and client complaints.
- Escalate identified trends and propose potential solutions to management monthly.
- Record investigation findings and related information accurately.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve system-related issues that affect business operations.
- Log and track tickets for system issues and system builds.
- Test systems and new builds as and when required
- Always protect the integrity of the company.
- Adhere to health and safety requirements and always ensure compliance.
- Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements.
