As a Learner, you will embark on an exciting learning journey within our various departments. These roles are designed to provide you with hands-on experience and training in various fields of the BPO Industry, enabling you to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in the BPO Industry. You will work closely with our experienced teams gaining exposure to various aspects of our Industry and contributing to Boldr’s success.

What Our Learnership Program Offers:
Roles Available: Our program covers a wide range of BPO roles, including customer service, technical support, sales, and more.

Duration: 12 months ( 11 December - 10 December), providing you with a comprehensive understanding of the BPO industry.

Location: Cape Town - Immerse yourself in a professional and supportive learning environment.

**Requirements**:
Who We're Seeking:

- Youth aged between 18 - 28 years old ( the learner should have turned or will be turning 28 in the year of the programme from the date of on-boarding.)
- Youth need to reside in the Western Cape.
- Currently unemployed for a minimum of 7 days (not currently employed on a contract / fixed term/permanent basis).
- Learners not previously funded by any DEDAT placement programme.
- Learners who have not been formally employed in the BPO industry within the past six months.
