**To be a part of our A Team**:

- Be proficient in **English**:

- Must be able to **Work **a **Night Shift **(Mon - Fri 15:00pm until 02:00am)
- Own Transport / Own Reliable Commute
- Must not be involved in any other job.
- Computer Literate
- Telephone etiquette
- Time Management
- Neutral Accent

**Matriculates / Students with no experience are encouraged to apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Internship, Commission, Permanent, Learnership

**Contract length**: 6 - 12 months

**Salary**: R5500.00 - R30000.00per month

**Ability to commute**:
Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliable commute

**Education**:
High School Gr11 minimum (required)

**Experience**:

- Cold calling**:1 year** (preferred)
- Customer Service**:1 year** (preferred)
- Sales**:1 year** (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

**Shift availability**:

- Night Shift (required)

**Responsibilities**
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

**Requirements and skills**
- Previous experience in a customer support role (preferred)
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
