We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a National Trade Marketing Manager. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to lead the trade marketing brand standards, aligning them with our overall brand strategy and image.

As a National Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in translating the brand strategy into actionable plans. Your focus will be on interpreting consumer, customer, shopper, and category insights to develop commercially relevant brand program concepts. These concepts will not only enhance our brand's presence but also deliver on our business objectives.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**Commercial Brand Guidelines and Program Deployment**
- Work closely with Brand teams to translate brand strategy and platform into commercial brand standards and tactical guidelines.

**Relationship Management**
- Collaborate closely with Brand team to translate latest brand strategies and positioning into commercial guidelines and program hooks.
- Serve as the liaison point between Brand and the Commercial organisation.
- Collaborate closely with relevant channel team members to communicate brand guidelines and ensure programs are in line with Brand strategy.
- Work with Consumer Insights to distill and incorporate consumer trends in the channel into brand programs.

**Brand Events and Activations**
- Oversee 3-5 in regional Trade Marketing team members.
- Maintain central event calendar for the brand group and performance recap repository, with inputs from in-market team members.
- Oversee development & execution of brand events/activations via in-market teams, in line with brand strategy and standards.
- Oversee and manage national Trade Marketing Budget.

**Organisation Development**
- Recap performance and progress with supervisor and team on a regular basis.
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs, and perform other functions and duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate empathy to learn about behaviours towards your colleagues and how it affects their performance.

**Knowledge Sharing**
- Serve as the Primary liaison between brand and regional sales teams.
- Develop & share best practice information with relevant teams.
- Infuse local expertise & knowledge of the region into brand plans for tailored and localized approach.
- Develop an expert knowledge of competitive market activity to build plans with competitive advantage.

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Professional Experience, at least 3+ years marketing or relevant sales/commercial experience in consumer
- packaged goods, luxury environment, and / or subchannel.
- Strong business/commercial strategy experience. Strong sales experience with strategic orientation or strong marketing experience with commercial orientation, field marketing, planning, communications and influencing skills.
- Experience working within the beverage alcohol is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with desire to work with information systems and digital platforms.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organisation/project management capabilities.
- Project Management skills, cross-functional team player with a proactive mindset.

**_Capabilities:_**
- Commercial guidelines and programming conception: Able to bring together Brand strategy, Brand platform, customer needs, consumer insights, and business goals to create robust commercial brand guidelines and creative programs in line with brand image and strategy.
- Brand knowledge: Deep understanding of brand strategy, priorities, and positioning to translate and uphold guidelines in the commercial organisation.
- Set timeline targets to complete projects, chart progress and ongoing review progress to achieve stakeholder expectations.
- Project management: Able to be in the centre of organisation to meet brand expectations as well as channel needs, meeting all deadlines/expectations.
- Flexibility: Able to maintain a flexible and adaptable mindset by continually evaluating, revising and responding with agility to meet rapidly evolving business needs.
