**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Commercial Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our commercial operations, ensuring efficient and streamlined processes across various business functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and analyse complex data sets using advanced Excel skills, including creating reports, dashboards, and visualisations.
- Understand and map business processes, identifying interdependencies and opportunities for optimization.
- Utilise basic accounting and mathematical principles to perform financial analyses and calculations.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering strong relationships.
- Proactively identify operational challenges and propose creative solutions to streamline workflows.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative or operational role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commercially savvy with a deep understanding of business operations.
