**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire proposal process, including researching, writing, and submitting proposals on time.
- Work closely with the business development team to understand the company's &vision and objectives and develop proposals that align with them.
- Support the development of compelling proposals that showcase the company's capabilities and value proposition.
- Collaborate with various teams across the company to gather information and insights needed for proposals.
- Edit and proofread proposals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.
- Manage the proposal database and ensure that all proposals are stored and organized properly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, client needs, and competition to inform proposal development.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and events as needed
- Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with team members and clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development and proposal writing, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to write compelling proposals that align with the company's vision and objectives.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple proposals and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of proposal development best practices and experience using proposal management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with team members and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: R10,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- Business Development Administration: 2 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
