**Hours of work**: Monday - Friday 08:30 to 17:00 (Flexi hours - in agreement with senior Management)

**Role summary**:

- Support with the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy.
- Take ownership for the delivery of key marketing projects.
- Contribute to the development of brand positioning, and the crafting of highly differentiated marketing campaigns.
- Driving the creating of sales and marketing qualified leads through the stages of the funnel, utilising CRM leads management.
- Driving team cohesion, quality, and effectiveness, ensuring targets are clearly understood and that the agreed KPI’s/OKR’s are met.
- Ensure a very high standard of service delivery to the business.
- Support on execution of the company’s marketing and digital plans - including vendor communication, PR, events, content, social media, GAW, SEO, PPC, Sponsorships.
- Provide support to the corporate sales function in terms of presentations, documentation, branding, and all supporting product sales collateral.
- Build internal brand and evangelists within internal team.
- Reporting the impact of your initiatives on a weekly basis to the Sales Director.

**Detailed Job Description**:
Marketing strategy
- Provide annual marketing strategy for approval by senior management and/or Board of Directors, in consultation with external marketing consultants.
- Align campaigns, assets, communications, and messaging to corporate branding initiatives.
- Implement marketing strategies to meet or exceed demand generation in consumer and business segments.
- Actively research new and innovative ideas and projects to add to the overall ESET Marketing Strategy.
- Continually perform market research activities to ensure ESET is correctly positioned and strengthen brand awareness, credibility, and reputation.
- Report on periodic activities, results, and ROI for marketing.

Sales & Channel
- Ensure all marketing material from ESET HQ is up to date.
- Work closely with Channel and Operations Managers to ensure strategies of sales and marketing are aligned.
- Consult and assist with all partner marketing strategies - ensuring all departments have knowledge and easy access to up-to-date marketing materials.
- Influence and communicate with stakeholders to drive partner program alignment.
- Assist with implementation of reseller marketing strategies and review quarterly activities.
- Ensure all partners are aware and adhere to ESET brand guidelines.
- Review key strategic partner co-marketing strategies in consultation with Channel Manager and ESET segment specialists.
- Manage partner co-marketing fund in consultation with Channel Manager and ESET segment specialists.
- Provide relevant material to partners in consultation with Channel Manager and segment specialists, including relevant material on the PartnerZone.
- Regularly report activities and issues to senior management.

Digital Campaigns
- Implement global digital campaigns in local digital space.
- Manage PPC service provided by ESET HQ.
- Manage SEO provider to ensure best SEO results.
- Manage PR agency to ensure that we maximise brand awareness in the market.
- Manage relationship with ESET designer(s) on monthly retainer.
- Build and manage the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Product Releases
- Monitor ESET HQ Team list for all product releases.
- Communicate and ensure all staff are trained and aware of all relevant marketing material in consultation with direct managers of each department.
- Ensure all product release processes are completed by those responsible for each task including:

- Updating the ESET Global website.
- internal teams informed and trained.
- channel and direct clients informed and trained where appropriate.
- Continually research and implement ways to market new and improved products.

Events
- Determine and coordinate online and onsite events like webinars, customer events and exhibitions.
- Research and organise relevant industry exhibitions.
- Organise and co-ordinate internal training, team building and general internal office functions.
- Assist Channel Manager in channel related Exhibitions and Shows.

Channel Support
- Consult and assist with all partner marketing strategies to enable existing partners and recruit new partners.
- Influence and communicate with stakeholders to drive partner program alignment.
- Assist with implementation of sub-distributor marketing strategies and review quarterly activities.
- Regularly report activities and issues to senior management.

Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting
- Establish and manage key marketing budgets and MDF.
- Create annual marketing strategy in consultation with senior management.
- Implement and report on monthly progress of market
