Our team is growing, and we are seeking a dedicated virtual assistant to assist one of our clients operations remotely. This role is vital in ensuring smooth execution of our services and supporting our client with US titles and related administration tasks.

**The Role**:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in our operational success. You will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring that our team is supported in delivering efficient and effective service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage and process documentation related to real estate transactions using **Qualia** and **Titlepro247**.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence management in Microsoft Office.
- Maintain and organize digital records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the coordination of closing processes and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
- Serve as a liaison between the team and external parties, demonstrating strong communication skills and professionalism.

**Required Experience and Skills**:

- Prior experience working remotely for a US Title company is essential.
- Proficiency in real estate title industry software, **including Qualia and Titlepro247.**:

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
