**Job Purpose**
- As Sustainability Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating strategic sustainability projects and programmes across the organisation with a particular focus on the organisations Purpose Programme of Work. Your primary focus will be to achieve strategic sustainability objectives and deliver business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams, manage the project portfolio, and ensure successful program execution from initiation to closure.**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic alignment: Ensure that all programmes and projects align with the organization’s strategic sustainability goals and objectives
- Governance: Establish governance structure and provide coordination, monitor compliance, and ensure consistency in project execution
- Oversight: Oversee the programmes portfolio of programmes and projects
- Dependency Management: Identify and manage interdependencies between workstreams and projects
- Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks at the programme level and support the unblocking of those within workstream
- Measure and track delivery: Track benefits realization, ensuring that strategic outcomes are achieved
- Stakeholder management: Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including senior executives, sponsors, and project teams and ensure timeous updates shared with relevant stakeholders
- Continuous improvement: Identify lessons learned and return improvements / drive knowledge sharing
- Methodology and best practice: Define and promote a standardized project management methodology with guidance on best practices, templates, and tools for project delivery
- Change Management Support: Support change management efforts during transformation

**People Specification**

**Essential Qualifications - NQF Level**
- Tertiary qualification (Project Management) or equivalent- Preferred Qualification- Project Management
- Desktop publishing / visual design and communication- Advantageous Experience- Experience in managing governance of committees.
