**Key Responsibilities**:

- Management of admissions processes - entrance examinations, interviews, assessments, liaison with school heads and parents
- Coordination with Principal regarding assessments, scholarships and bursaries, interviews, place offers
- Information service to prospective parents on admissions, curriculum and all school matters
- Ongoing waitlist management
- Collection of relevant data and pupil information
- Liaison with Accounts Department on the payment of placement fees and deposits
- Ongoing communication with prospective parents
- Liaising with the website Content Manager regarding updates to admissions details on the website

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Management of study visa processes for international students
- Capturing of incoming and leaving pupils on Cemis database
- Secretary of Scholarships and Bursaries committee:

- Taking meeting notes
- Preparation and mailing of correspondence to applicants
- Liaison with key donors

**Experience and Qualification**:

- Matric and another suitable qualification
- 4 - 5 year relevant working experience
- Previous school experience is essential
- Customer relations experience and ability to engage positively with members of the public
- Experience with databases essential

**Key Competencies**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal
- Customer relations experience
- Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills - with specific ability in managing databases and analysing data
- Process orientated individual who is constantly looking for efficiencies and opportunities to streamline processes
- Patience and empathy dealing with prospective parents
- Committing to working with the values and Christian ethos of the College
