**What are we looking for?**
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Process enrolments for Curro Durbanville.
- Complete administrative tasks related to the new school enrolments.
- Assist with marketing activities for Curro Durbanville.
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
- Liaising with central office, executive heads, secretaries, clients, suppliers and other staff.
- **Administrative staff qualify for 21 days’ annual leave (not the full school holiday period).**

**Key skills required for this position are**:

- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office.
- Good English and Afrikaans written and communication skills.
- **Experience in educational or marketing fields will be beneficial.**:

- Must be presentable.
- **A clear criminal record.**
- Plenty of energy and initiative.
- Driven, ambitious and bursting with ideas.
- Good organisational skills.
- A strong team player.
- Can work under pressure to tight deadlines.
