We deliver high-quality and reliable solutions to our customers in South Africa. As we continue to grow and expand our secure drive services, we are seeking a highly talented, energetic, motivated, hands-on and experienced HRBP to join our team.

You will be part of driving the business objectives by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, partnering with the business leaders and stakeholders to identify and implement HR strategies, programs, and processes that align with the business objectives. Employee engagement, quality delivery and championing technology-driven HR strategies and processes, creating data-integrity to support strategic business decisions, are a focus for this exciting role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's culture and values, fostering employee engagement.
- Identify and recommend innovative HR solutions, such as leveraging AI and ML to improve HR processes and decision-making.
- Facilitate ROI performance management processes
- Implement training and development programmes to grow and develop talent.
- Monthly payroll processing (using PaySpace) and contracting
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations in South Africa and various submissions i.e. WSP/ATR and EE reporting.
- Manage and resolve employee matters and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that facilitate optimal delivery and an innovative culture.
- Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that result in business continuity.
- Implement HR technology platforms that are integrated with other business systems and data analytics tools.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in HR of which at least 3 years should have been at a strategic/senior level.
- A proven and solid track-record of being strategic regarding change management and innovative results-driven hiring practices that support a pipeline.
- Effective experience in terms of driving technology-driven HR strategies.
- Excellent at time-management, with administrative mastery and working in a fast paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant labour laws and regulations in South Africa.
- Strong experience with HR technology platforms and solutions, visualisation tools such as Power BI and must be highly proficient in Excel.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- ISO experience would be an added advantage.
