Human Resources Administrator/payroll Clerk

**KEY OUTPUTS**:
Update and maintain digital and manual filling systems.
Compile HR Statistics and all aspects of HR reporting as and when required.
Co-ordination of learnership programs.
ATR, WSP and EE Submissions in liaison with line management.
All Other HR Operational duties.
POPI compliance
**SKILLS**:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in the full MS-Office Suite (Excel skills will be tested).
Attention to detail and Accuracy.
A demonstrated ability to use your initiative.
Ability to work independently.
Scheduling skills.
Deadline Driven.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER OF IMPORTANCE)
At least 2 years’ experience in HR Administration, Payroll and remuneration.
Training and Development administration.
Experience with the full function recruitment process and good interviewing skills.
Experience in SAGE VIP Premier Payroll system and assisting with the payroll system of a large Company.
Knowledge of all aspects of equity reporting and equity committee meetings.
Experience with Biometric Management system.
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
On-boarding and off-boarding experience
Solid working experience in a private hospital environment will be an advantage
