A well-established company is looking for a HR and Payroll Administrator to join their Team. The company specializes in offering top-quality têxtile fastening solutions to the têxtile and associated industries. They are strategically positioned in three locations across the country: KwaZulu-Natal, Gauteng, and the Western Cape.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Matric
Minimum 4 years HR experience
BCom Degree
Pastel Payroll experience
Clocking system experience preferably Uniclox

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
HR Administration: Issuing UIF documents, processing maternity leave, filing, compiling contracts of employment and offer letters, providing employment and service letters, printing and folding weekly pay slips, updating company organogram, compiling staff job descriptions, implementing new policies and procedures, conducting monthly employee evaluations, scheduling employee wellness programs.

Remuneration and Benefits: Loading new staff on payroll and clocking system, extracting absenteeism reports, processing payroll for 400+ staff, managing terminations, administering leave, resolving payroll discrepancies, compiling month-end reports (provident fund, council levies, union fees, garnishee reports), submitting UIF and EMP201 reports, updating EE and Payroll system, overseeing provident fund administration, completing funeral and death claim documentation, compiling staff bonus schedules, assisting with casual wages, compiling daily absenteeism and late coming reports, rostering staff on a weekly basis.
Statutory Compliance: Assisting with Employment Equity Plan implementation, supporting HR Manager in EE minutes, collating information for Department of Labor inspections, compiling IOD documentation and registering claims, overseeing health and safety compliance, collecting information for legislative reporting.
Training: Scheduling training for staff, compiling training rosters, assisting with Work Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Plan (ATP), completing documentation for learnerships.
