**Junior IT Technical coordinator / Operator**

A leading document processing company based in Cape Town, is looking for a Technical Co-Ordinator. We are looking for someone that is able to demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, problem solving and showing logical decision making with a hands-on approach.

**Overview**:
1. You will be involved with running IT production processes within a document processing environment.

2. We provide a challenging and good learning environment with the scope to gain good hands-on experience.

3. There will be a senior IT developer to provide guidance and support where required.

**Core Competencies**:
1. At least 2 years computer hardware and software experience.

2. Good skills in problem solving, research and time management.

3. Flexibility to learn new skills.

4. Positive mental attitude with a focus on getting things done efficiently and accurately.

5. Matric, reside in Cape Town and IT certificate.

**Requirements**:
1. Ability to work independently as well as diligently within a small team.

2. Experience in MS Office.

**3.** Experience in **Linux.**

4. **Python**programming experience.

**Key Role Attributes**:
1. Working within a Linux Debian environment.

2. Running scripts and processes in line with our document processing needs.

4. Supporting computer hardware and software issues.

5. Trouble-shooting production issues.

6. Assist with support on customer queries and software testing.

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parow, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Linux/Pathon: 1 year (preferred)
