Working in our busy consumer operations team, you will work closely with our Transport Providers (TP’s), offering them a consultative service that helps them understand AnyVan’s onboarding process and what type of jobs they can access via the AnyVan platform.

Ultimately you will focus on driving the improvement of TP feedback scores that will help contribute to customer engagement and business success. You’ll be educating them on how customer feedback contributes to the allocation process and enables them to access different sizes and scale of jobs. Improving the overall experience for both our TP’s and customers.

We're looking for someone who truly understands the fundamentals of the transport and removals industry, quickly adapting to a new role and building relationships with our transport partners to guide them through the onboarding and training process. Ensuring documentation is verified, vehicles meet our requirements, partners are trained to understand our procedures, safe working, online platform, mobile app, etc and feel supported throughout the early stages of working with AnyVan.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Build relationships with transport partners and guide them confidently through the onboarding process for the first 30 days of working with AnyVan
- Make sure account information for each new transport partner is completed accurately and all notes will assist other teams to understand the partner and their progress
- Provide training and monitoring it’s completion to ensure that partners are informed and able to complete jobs to the best of their ability
- Drive retention and growth among our TP’s by understanding their needs and helping them understand AnyVan processes and solutions that meet them
- Develop and maintain a range of reports on TP ratings (jobs completed, ratings, completed app usage, etc)
- Help support continuous pipelines of TP’s for AnyVan through building trust based relationships, helping educate them on our processes, SLA’s and help ensure they are meeting required standards
- Work collaboratively with other internal departments to ensure TP’s are on-boarded and transitioned successfully
- Work to agreed targets that focus on both numbers (Retention of TP’s, increase in scores,) and and behaviors (high levels of customer service, etc)
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of AnyVan solutions and services to support our TP’s effectively
- Understand and minimise business risk relevant to TP’s and make sure self and team are working in line with best practice and that any issues are flagged and resolved as quickly as possible

**Skills and experience we think you need to be able to do the job**:

- Experience working within transport or logistics and recruiting and managing third-party subcontractors or contact centre experience handling international customers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working to and achieving targets
- Driven to provide world class stakeholder experiences
- Advanced excel skills and the ability to produce accurate and effective reports
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated, resilient and not fazed by change
- The ability to develop, high quality, trust-based working relationships and guide TP’s through processes to achieve the best results for the business
