**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in client calls to introduce the company, its products, and services.
- Providing demonstrations of products and services.
- Scheduling new client appointments from existing lead lists, demonstrating persuasive communication skills.
- Coordinate logistics for events and follow up with client's post-event, ensuring exceptional client experience.
- Assist with proposal development using template decks, collaborating with various departments for tailored solutions.
- Ensuring onboarding of new clients, ensuring all legal requirements are met, including legal contracting and engagements.
- Engage with internal teams for proposals and demos, fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
- Update and maintain sales information in the pipeline system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Providing administrative assistance to Sales and Finance Executive as needed.
- Conduct regular check-in meetings with suppliers, enhancing supplier relationships and communication.
- Effectively utilize and manage tender opportunities and related documentation, ensuring compliance and thoroughness.
- Manage sales collateral requirements, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Initiate weekly calls to maintain relationships with existing clients and explore potential opportunities
