We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
**Head of Partner Success** to lead our partner success team and be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients to ensure that their business needs are met. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a deep understanding of the partner landscape.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Develop and implement the company's partner success strategy and plan
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide guidance and support to help them achieve those objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through partner initiatives, identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and new business
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure that all communication is timely and professional.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all partner-related activities
- Act as an advocate for brand partners, ensuring that their feedback and concerns are heard and addressed by relevant stakeholders
- Develop and manage partner success metrics to measure and report on partner initiatives and programs
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues to ensure a positive client experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the client's industry, including industry trends, key players, and emerging technologies.
- Lead and develop a high-performing partner success team.
**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in partner success or a related field,
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise accounts along with implementing successful partner programmes and initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
