- A minimum of 10 years' digital and marketing experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies.

**Desired Skills**:

- Able to demonstrate a high degree of knowledge across through-the-line marketing efforts including strategy development, brand development, as well as creating innovative marketing strategies that will build the company's brand, leading to increased revenue, market share, awareness, respect, and relevance among the company's various stakeholders.
- Proven experience in brand development, multi-channel marketing models and execution of marketing strategy, execution and implementation.
- Digital Marketing - leads management, a strong understanding of digital creative channels, digital media channels, reporting.
- Strong Project Management skills - able to co-ordinate multiple activities, handle large scale brand campaign launches, co-ordinate suppliers.
- Relationship management skills - able to work with multiple suppliers, build relationships, manage projects, statuses.
- Budget management - managing all financial marketing activities monthly, planning the budget with the Group Marketing Director

- To demonstrate a hands-on approach to all aspects of marketing and communication in the business **(this is critical - even with the senior level of the role, as the business has a very hands-on working style, no matter the level on seniority)**:

- Out-the-box thinking and not scared to constructively interrogate a brief/idea/plan and push back in the best interest of the work and brand
- Computer literate
- Good with Excel / Word / PowerPoint
- Digitally savvy
- Office based

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate communication and manage all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Manage, co-ordinate and implement all brand activities cross-channel (TTL) with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain the brand image across all channels
- Provide strategic input into the marketing strategy, introduce newness, creativity and innovation into brand plans
- Co-ordinate and manage social media content plans and briefs to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead, manage and grow the internal Marketing Manager/Graphic Designer
- Reporting on all KPI's, campaign success and leads on a monthly basis
- Customer and competitor research and analysis
- Identify trends, issues, opportunities for brand growth and development
