We are looking for an Administrator in the Rental service industry with strong administration and attention to detail skills.

This is a role that will require you to work in a team that manages the administration of technology rental contracts within the IT space
- Processing rental renewals
- Reconciling large asset lists
- Reconciling billing and accounts
- Obtaining signed paperwork and contracts
- Sending notices and communication
- chasing up overdue rentals
- Visiting client to resolve outstanding queries
**Requirements**:

- You should have a sound knowledge of Excel including formulas and formatting.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Extremely organized and efficient.
- Good communication skills to liaise with customers.
- Ability to understand and reconcile customer statements.
- The ability to learn and understand the products being billed (a range of technology items).
- Have own transport and a valid drivers license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
