**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, including large-scale and complex projects.
Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient project delivery.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, assisting with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies during all operations.
Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs, provide updates, and offer professional solutions.
Conduct quality assurance checks on completed work, ensuring all systems function optimally.
**Minimum Requirements**:
Red Seal Aircon Technician Qualification (essential).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the air-conditioning industry with a focus on installations, repairs, and project management.
Demonstrated project management experience, including resource allocation, budgeting, and team leadership.
Strong leadership and team player skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different job sites.
**Additional Skills**:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and internal teams.
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to lead and train team members, fostering a collaborative working environment.
