Junior Aircon Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:
Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning units and systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and provide prompt, effective solutions.
Perform routine inspections to ensure systems are functioning efficiently.
Collaborate with senior technicians and other team members to meet project deadlines.
Follow safety guidelines and industry standards on all assignments.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of work performed and recommendations for system improvements.
**Minimum Requirements**:
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the air-conditioning industry.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various client locations.
Team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
**Additional Skills**:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently when required.
Basic understanding of electrical systems related to air conditioning.
