Our client in the Agricultural (Citrus) industry is looking for a Production Manager to join their team in Ashton (Western Cape)

**Minimum requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture - Citrus
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ proven experience in Citrus in similar position
- Experience with the following:

- Measuring of production against protocols and planning
- Measure and evaluate efficiency of sprays, pruning and irrigation
- Managing stock, labour and production cost
- Motivate, mentor, coach and manage a team of workers
- Support the Farm Manager in achieving the production units overall objectives
- Stable working record
