**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop, facilitate, and deliver engaging and impactful training sessions.
- Assess, mentor, and coach trainees to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Facilitate the coaching, development, and upskilling of employees across various departments.
- Continuously improve and update training programs to align with industry standards and company objectives.
- Provide feedback and support for employee growth and ongoing learning needs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements and standards.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training delivery.
- Train the Trainer certification is essential.
- SETA accredited.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop training materials and deliver training across various platforms.
