Master Trainer

Job Purpose:
The Master Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training
programs for all employees across the organization. This includes onboarding, company
structure, product knowledge, sales techniques, store operations, policies and
procedures, and training on new products. The Master Trainer will ensure that all
employees are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to perform
their roles effectively and uphold the company’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Onboarding & Orientation
**Train our comprehensive onboarding program to introduce new hires to the**
company’s culture, values, mission, and structure.
**Ensure new employees understand company policies, benefits, and the tools**
they will need for success in their role.
**Conduct interactive and engaging onboarding sessions that create a positive first**
impression of the company.
2. Company Structure & Information
**Deliver training on the company’s organizational structure, key departments,**
leadership team, and communication channels.
**Educate employees on company history, values, vision, and mission to foster a**
sense of ownership and alignment with company goals.
**Provide employees with information about company-wide initiatives, strategies,**
and ongoing projects to ensure they are well-informed.
3. Product Training
**Develop and conduct training sessions to ensure employees have deep**
knowledge of the company’s products, including features, benefits, usage, and
target audience.
**Keep training materials up to date as new products are introduced, ensuring that**

access to product knowledge.
4. Sales Training
**Maintain and lead sales training programs designed to improve the effectiveness**
and performance of the sales team.
**Train employees on sales techniques, customer engagement strategies,**
upselling, and closing methods to maximize revenue.
**Teach employees how to effectively handle objections, manage customer**
relationships, and achieve sales targets.
**Continuously assess and update the sales training content to reflect changing**
market conditions and customer expectations.
5. Store Operations Training
**Provide in-depth training on store operations, including opening and closing**
procedures, stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
standards.
**Train employees on the proper use of point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory**
management tools, and store maintenance protocols.
**Ensure all employees understand and are able to execute the company’s**
operational procedures to maintain smooth store functioning.
6. Policies and Procedures Training
**Educate employees on company policies, including HR policies, code of**
conduct, health and safety, security protocols, and compliance with legal
regulations.
**Ensure employees understand their rights, responsibilities, and expectations in**
accordance with company guidelines.
**Provide ongoing reinforcement and clarification of policies as needed, including**
handling employee queries and concerns regarding policies and procedures.
7. New Product Training
**Coordinate the introduction and rollout of new products through targeted**
training sessions for both new and existing employees.
**Develop training programs that highlight key features, customer benefits, and**
selling strategies for new product lines.
**Update and refresh training content regularly to ensure that employees are upto-**
date with the latest product offerings and enhancements.
8. Ongoing Employee Development
**Conduct periodic refresher training sessions to ensure continuous development**
and reinforcement of key skills and knowledge.
**Offer personalized coaching and mentoring to employees, helping them identify**
areas for improvement and growth.
**Create opportunities for employees to develop leadership skills and advance in**
their careers through specialized training programs.
9. Training Evaluation and Feedback
**Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and**
performance metrics.
**Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in training content or**
delivery methods.
**Continuously refine and update training programs based on employee feedback,**
performance outcomes, and organizational needs.
10. Training Resource Management
**Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations,**
videos, and e-learning modules.
**Ensure all training content is aligned with brand standards, is engaging, and easy**
to follow.
**Manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling sessions,**
preparing materials, and tracking attendance.
11. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
**Work closely with department heads, HR, and senior management to identify**
