NTT is searching for the Senior Team Lead Sales Support and Contract Renewals who will have a mission to provide full support on administration and sales processes, tools, methods, and systems that will enable the sales teams to achieve overall sales goals and objectives. This key position belongs to the Finance & Operations Business Unit and will report directly to the Manager, Business Operations.

**In this role, you will**:

- Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams including outsourced Service Providers
- Responsible for managing the processing of all sales orders and related administration and examining sales processes, programs, and systems to optimize operational efficiency and improve client satisfaction.
- Lead and manage the team, communicate on its progress, follow up on performances and individual career development.
- Work with Client Managers to identify and implement areas of improvement such as client concerns and order-related queries.
- Develop and maintain metrics that provide data for process performance measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to operational sales effectiveness by establishing relationships with vendors and coordinating everyday interactions, queries, and general information sharing with them.
- Develop and distribute management reports as required and facilitate sharing of reports and data between business operations, sales, marketing, and other departments.

***Sales Operations**:

- Assist with the development and drive the implementation of a robust sales administration and support operational plan ensuring client satisfaction, data integrity, financial security, inventory planning and accuracy, and overall performance of the team.
- Ensure all procedures in regards to sales quotes and order processing are adhered to, keeping concise records that demonstrate company compliance.

**Contract Renewals**:

- Manage a client services renewal portfolio, bringing a third of the company's turnover
- Demonstrate expert use of SAP ERP for daily tasks and IT renewal for our clients.
- Act as point of contact with vendors for contracts renewal follow up and upsell.
- Act as process leader into contracts renewal in order to renew and upsell with client managers or himself.

- Are adaptable and be able to consistently deal with changing conditions and a fast-paced environment (a must)
- Have good knowledge and understanding of ERP systems, sales processes, tools, and methodologies
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Are proficient at Microsoft Excel
- Have experience with Salesforce or similar system/CRM software and MS Office
- Have experience with quoting tools and systems
- Have operational and strategic planning experience
- Have previous sales support or operations and enablement experience in a business-to-business sales environment
- Have past experience building sales metrics and models (e.g. pipeline and forecast models)
- Have 5 years corporate experience in an international environment
