Despatch parts, restock parts and ensure correct stock levels at all times
- Ensure relevant paperwork is processed timeously, cost labour posting & closure of all job cards
- Ensure that WIP remain under acceptable levels and compile stats daily
- Ensure that warranty parts are sent to the main dealerships on a daily basis
- GRV of all outwork and purchase invoices
- Maintain time keeping of Diesel Mechanics on the relevant system
- Record the pre-booking of vehicles into the workshop

**Qualifications**:

- Grade: 12 Matric Certificate

- Ability to work on standby
- Good communication (oral and written)
- Interpersonal relations skills
- Pro-active, reliable, be self-motivated
- Work independently though being a team player
- Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations
- Customer focused with a results driven approach
- Must possess strong diagnostic abilities

**Experience**
- Experience in the heavy commercial vehicles industry - 5 years
