**To manage and execute all Human Resource functions with all stakeholders in the organisation**

**Minimum Requirements Essential**:
Grade 12 / Matric;
Computer Literacy (MS Office & Simple Pay);
Human Resources Diploma / Degree or progressively working towards a qualification;
2/3 years of relevant experience human resources in a retail environment.

**Job Specifications**:

- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process;
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees;
- 3. Monitoring employee performance;
- Ensuring that all employees are organised and satisfied in their work environment;
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees;
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures;
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures;
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration;
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance;
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

- Leadership and organisational abilities;
- Ability to work under pressure, have good attention to detail and deadline driven;

- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.

**South African Citizen with clear criminal and credit record.**

Pay: From R10,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:
