- Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Relevant Diploma / Certificate
- Relevant Maintenance Certificatification or relevant
- Experience
- 2-3 years Supervisory/Coordinating experience
- 2 years retail experience preferably within a Meat Plant / Meat Processing Plant
- Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of operating procedures within a Meat Processing Plant
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair work
- Good understanding and co-ordinating of work
- Mathematic - Computer Literacy
- Knowledge of MHE; Boiler Maker or relevant
- Product knowledge
- Technical terms used within a Meat Processing Plant
- Maintenance schedule
- Maintenance of boilers and other related machinery
