**BASIC JOB FUNCTIONS (Brief Summary)**:

- Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintain the processes to support data quality
- Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies
- Ensure quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity
- Manage, analyze, and resolve data initiative issues and manages revisions needed to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards
- Assist in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum educational qualification-matric
- IT degree or /minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of managing master data in an ERP (SAP added Advantage)
- SAP ECC 6.0 Knowledge (Finance, Supply Chain, Inspect to Repair & Inspect to Release)
- Experience in a Manufacturing & Laboratory environment (advantage)
- Knowledge of data take-on toolsets
- SAP s4 experience - (advantage)
- Knowledge of GxP and computer system validation
- Excellent skills in MS office
