En tant que Head Coach de magasin Nike votre mission sera de créer un environnement au sein du magasin qui offrira des expériences client et employé de qualité et de mettre en œuvre des programmes / processus permettant d’obtenir de bons résultats commerciaux.

Responsabilités:

- Gérer les personnes, les opérations et l’environnement à l’intérieur du magasin de manière à générer des ventes et à optimiser le service, l’organisation, la satisfaction client et les objectifs de rendement ainsi que de maintenir les normes en matière opérationnelle.
- Encadrer, gérer votre équipe et la maintenir concentrée en lui offrant un but commun et en l’encourageant par le biais de la puissance de la marque.
- Construire une équipe à partir d’expériences et de talents divers et permettre à ses membres de tirer parti de leurs forces.
- Communiquer, féliciter et récompenser l’équipe du magasin
- Gérer le budget financier y compris les coûts du travail et les dépenses globales
- Élaborer des stratégies afin de maximiser le rôle du magasin dans le service (avoir une vision d’ensemble au niveau du service)
- Créer des plans pour répondre aux problèmes de prévention des pertes avec l’équipe LP
- Créer des plans de relève et gérer efficacement la performance et les processus de mesures disciplinaires afin d’aiguiller la planification des ressources humaines.
- Une licence et 6 ans d’expérience dans la vente au détail ou 7 ans d’expérience dans ce domaine si la personne n’a pas obtenu de diplôme
- Un minimum de 4 an d’expérience dans la gestion
- Expérience dans les domaines d’opérations de vente au détail, de budgétisation, de planification, de service client, de leadership et gestion des ventes et des personnes
- Grande expérience et capacité importante en matière de direction de prestation de services client de qualité chez un détaillant de la marque
- Maîtrise des produits Microsoft Office et des systèmes du secteur de la vente au détail
- Capacité à communiquer en anglais
- Capacité à établir, diriger et gérer des équipes hautement performantes
- Capacité à utiliser des outils pour favoriser la résolution de conflits ainsi que l’encadrement et le conseil des employés
- Possibilité de travailler les week-ends, soirées et vacances si nécessaire
