**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Bookkeeping full function on Xero Cloud Accounting for Developer and Management companies up to Trial Balance

Cash flow to be completed weekly for director

Fixed Assets register and depreciation management

All payments to suppliers for both companies as well as sales invoices for both

Credit Control if required

All supplier payments prepared and loaded in Business Banking

Monthly and Bi-monthly VAT

Monthly salaries and Commission payments processed on Simple Pay, including monthly statutory reports, bi-annual and annual returns to SARS

Monthly PAYE payment

Accounting up to balance sheet including all balance sheet recons monthly

Project accounting and Work in Progress (WIP) report

Quarterly Management Accounts sent to Shareholders

All filing and admin duties for finance department and shareholders

Assist sales team with printing and compiling of sales documents

Compile monthly sales report for directors

Assist sales team with marketing and advertising as required

Be responsible for Admin duties for the sales team and other ad-hoc duties

Accounting or finance degree

Previous experience in an accounting or financial role

Solid understanding of bookkeeping competencies

Knowledge of Company Secretarial duties, shareholder contracts and shareholder interest payments

Business Banking experiencing and bank liaison preferable

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

Working knowledge of MS Word

Advanced proficiency in cloud-accounting software preferably Xero Accounting

Time management skills

Excellent mathematical skills

Ability to remain confidential
