**Job brief**

We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualification(s)**:

- Grade 12 Matric plus
- Driver’s License

**Added advantage**:

- National Diploma in Marketing, Facility Management, or related qualification.
- Or Certificate in Sales Management.

**Experience**:

- 2 years’ relevant experience in Facility Management Environment
- Experience in business development.

**Knowledge of**:

- Horticulture and Landscape Management
- Cleaning and Hygiene Services and Waste Management
- Security Services
- General Building Maintenance Services
- Pest Control and Facilities Management Services

**Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

**Abilities**:

- Communication - oral expression, speech clarity, speech recognition, written comprehension, and written expression
- Inductive Reasoning - the ability to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusion (includes finding a relation among seemingly unrelated events)
- Problem Sensitivity - the ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solve the problem, only recognize there is problem.
- Report writing

**Duties**:

- Assist marketing material in.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reaching out to customers leads through cold calling.
- Customer journey management.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Identify opportunities for group sales Increase in new business sales volumes.
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.

**Salary**: Market related Basic Salary plus lucrative commission
