**Minimum requirements for the Office Manager role**:

- Must have completed a National Senior Certificate
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years experience in a finance/office administration role will be required
- Previous experience in a full debtors function would be ideal
- Must be computer literate, and ideally have SAGE experience
- Good communication and writing skills, specifically in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, are important
- Knowledge of the export process for fruit products will be an added advantage

**The Office Manager will be responsible for**:

- Carrying out the complete debtors function for the sales and export of fruit.
- Preparing export invoices and reconciliations for various products.
- Processing daily forex related transactions.
- Performing cash book allocations and reconciliations using Qlikview and Sage.
- Liaising with Exports regarding account queries.
- Processing monthly small debtors invoicing and statements.
- Carrying out any ad-hoc cash sales.
- Handling Sage month-end processes.
- Performing office management and general reception duties.
- Compiling and distributing weekly farm reports.
- Ordering and managing office consumables.
- Communicating with the Driver regarding daily schedules.
- Conducting ABSA cash card management and reconciliations.

**Minimum requirements for the Packhouse Manager role**:

- Must have completed a National Senior Certificate
- A Technical tertiary qualification would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years work experience in a similar environment, with 2 years in a management role will be required
- Must be computer literate MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), planning, organising, interpersonal and IR skills are important for this role
- Knowledge of handling chemicals and relevant waste management protocols would be ideal
- Experience in a Global GAP and SANSA accredited facility is essential

**The Packhouse Manager will be responsible for**:

- Managing the daily activities, including labour within the packing line.
- Monitoring the dumb tank, pH, and chlorine levels.
- Supervising activities at the pre-sorter, bath, drying tunnel, wax applicator, sizer etc.
- Checking fruit size, quality, blemishes etc.
- Ensuring the correct packing of cartons (patterns, filling, brand, labels), palletizing (pattern, quality, strapping, height, corner pieces, weight, labelling) and loading.
- Checking consignment notes and supporting documents for correctness.
- Loading trucks and checking hygiene, corner pieces, covers etc.
- Monitoring de-greening properties, including temperature, humidity, ethylene, pressure etc.
- Ensuring overall quality control.
- Implementing stock management procedures, especially for packaging materials.
- Performing sampling and fruit internal tests, and managing retention samples.
- Managing the transport of finished products.
- Managing process flow and planning for the carton folding activities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with the PPECB.
- Monitoring and uploading required phytclean data.
- Assisting with marketing functions.
- Liaising with Export Agents on daily and weekly planning.
- Monitoring the agrigate system.
- Reviewing all daily reports.
- Ensuring all daily data is captured and correct.
- Preparing and submitting daily QC reports.
