**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Processing of creditors' invoices.
- Monthly creditors reconciliation.
- Communication and resolution of discrepancies with creditors.
- Preparation and distribution of payment lists and proof of payments.
- Processing of GAAP reports to Palladium.
- Assistance in the appointment process of new employees.
- Administration and documentation of all personnel matters including leave, disciplinary actions, and more.
- Forming and maintaining employee records.
- Preparation and amendment of HR documents (contracts, recruitment guides).
- Interaction with Seesa Payroll.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum: Tertiary qualification or actively studying towards one.
- Three years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Good organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of an accounting program and strong reconciliation skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.
