Admin/customer Service Internship

**Requirements**:
- A tertiary qualification in customer service management, administration, business administration, or relevant is essential.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite.
- Previous experience in customer service or administration will be beneficial.
- A customer-centric approach and the ability to handle customer queries with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, flexibility, and the willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assisting customers on the phone and walk-ins.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as required.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to deliver consistent service quality.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Provide administrative support.
