**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**
URB Cellular (Pty) Ltd is a MTN branded channel dealer, trading in technology and telecommunications.
This is a full-time on-site position for a Customer Service Representative at URB Cellular (Pty) Ltd, Bloemfontein. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field will be advantageous, but not essential
- At least 2 years' proven experience in a similar position
- Proven product knowledge across device suppliers
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- Exceptional interpersonal
- and communication skills (verbal & written)
- Exceptional administrative and organizational skills
- Accuracy and attention-to-detail
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: CORE RESPONSIBILITIES / OUTPUTS OF POSITION**
1. Consumer satisfaction

- Accountable for cash and stock
- Accountable for sales and meeting sales targets
- Accountable for stock shortages
- Communication, in outlet, and with branded channel
- Conduct system transactions i.e. activations, suspensions, migrations etcetera
- Customer cell phone repairs (where applicable)
- General customer services: turnaround time, queuing time, accuracy, and productivity
- Identify issues and resolve
- Maintain company’s policies and procedures
- Manage and account for all cash
- Manage operations in store
- Manage stock in store
- Management of shortages
- OBFs
- Obsolescence
- Promotional stock merchandising
- Provide consumer advice and education / share product knowledge
- Relevant paperwork and documentation
- Returns

You will be required to work shifts according to the trading hours of the branch. Days off will be allocated according to the shift schedule.
