**Job Description**:
Rockwell Automation South Africa is currently seeking the services of an experience Personal Assistant for our Randburg office. The incumbent will coordinate calendar and diaries for internal and external meetings—administrative duties, travel coordination, and managing the town halls and kick-off meetings for One Africa.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relevant executives, General administrative support and duties
- Providing complex details and information to relevant stakeholders advanced administrative duties.
- Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements.
- Maintaining strict and confidential nature of specific information
- Miscellaneous administrative assignments may be found in various functional areas.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Suitable post-schooling qualification
- Prior experience with travel management systems and microsoft office suite
