**Qualifications and Experience**
- Grade 12
- Bachelors degree in Education, Organizational Development or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years' experience in tutoring, training or learning development
**Skills and Knowledge**
- Adept knowledge of tutoring and skills development
- Proficiency in delivering effective training programs and materials
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to assess training methods through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations
- Solid planning and organizational skills to manage multiple training initiatives and schedules
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Ability to evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics
- Expertise to adapt training content to meet diverse learning styles and needs
- Experience in conducting assessments to measure employee competencies and performance
- Familiarity with e-learning tools and platforms for virtual training delivery
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with employees and stakeholders
